The Department of Educational and Psychological Sciences at the Faculty of Education for Girls organized a seminar entitled “Working at night leads to brain aging ” by Dr. Baqir Abdul Hadi, in which he stressed that ten years of work in night shifts lead to aging of the brain by more than six years, adding that there is some improvement in the case. The study says that the biological clock is active during the day and sleeps at night. Therefore, the work against the biological clock of the human has many harmful effects on the body and causes obesity and hypertension.
