seminar: antimicrobial substances in milk

The Faculty of Veterinary Medicine – University of Kufa held a seminar “Antimicrobial Substances in Milk”.
It aims to identify the types of natural substances that act as antibacterials in human and animal milk, their role in enhancing the body’s immunity for children and small animals, the mechanism of action of each of them, and how to extract and benefit from them as a preservative used in preserving some foods.
