The Faculty of Nursing – University of Kufa held a workshop “White Poisons and Their Alternatives”
It aims to identify the concept of toxins and their harm to the body, and what are the healthy alternatives to these foods.
It included lectures on white toxins resulting from salt, sugar, white rice, white flour, and white potatoes.
It recommended eating alternatives to these substances, such as sweet potatoes, cauliflower, wheat flour, black pepper, and onions.
