The Faculty of Engineering- University of Kufa held a workshop “Design and Implementation of Artificial Intelligence Algorithms Using FPGA”.
It aims to implement a neural network using FPGA by designing the MAC unit and improving the MAC unit by building a tree of partial products.
It included a lecture that dealt with the effective implementation of the sigmoid activation function using the comparative method.
It recommended the need to apply modern systems to work on implementing a neural network using FPGA software.
