A new patent at the University of Kufa

Dr. Salih Hassoun Abboud from the Faculty of Science University of Kufa obtained a joint patent from the Central Organization for Standardization and Quality Control (a photodetector of porous InGaN membranes that works as an alarm device).
The patent included the discovery and manufacture of a light detector that works without the need for an energy source, but rather through the light falling on it, to be used as an alarm device to detect thieves in large stores, malls, homes, and official departments.
